DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

• Priska Pharma charge no delivery fee for orders above Rs. 500. Below Rs. 500 order value, there is a charge of Rs. 50. Payment can be done online in our platform (we support payment through UPI) or during delivery. These policies will be reviewed periodically by the company.

• Priska Pharma will be delivered customers’ orders within 7-10 working days. However, in case of any inventory challenges or holidays, deliveries may take time. We will try to make these delays as less as possible to keep customer commitments.

• Delivery areas: Currently, we are providing deliveries within all over INDIA. Customer can enter their pincode in the pincode section to check if delivery service is available in their area or not.

• Customer Communications: Priska Pharma sends delivery notifications through email and SMS notification when order is placed by the customer, when order is shipped from the store and when order is delivered. Customers can check the notifications for regular updates.
