EACH CAPSULE CONTAINS: NUTRIENTS -Energy (2.00kcal), Carbohydrate (0.4g), Total Sugars (0.00g), Added Sugars (0.00g), Protein ( 0.01g), Total Fat (0.04g), Sodium (1.52mg); VITAMINS – Vitamin B12 (1.00mcg), Folic Acid (290.00mcg); OTHER INGREDIENT: DHA (200.00mg).

Ingredients: DHA Powder, Capsule Shell [INS 464, INS 171, INS 110 & INS 1021 Diluent [INS 460(i)], Nature Identical Flavouring Substance- Lemon, Anticaking Agent [INS 551], Glidants [INS 470(iii) & INS Folic Acid, Preservatives [INS 219 & 217] and Cyanocobalamin.

STORAGE: Store in cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight & moisture. Product is required to be stored out of reach of children.

This product is not to be used by pregnant, nursing and lactating women or children under 5 years, adolescents and elderly, except when medically advised by physician or certified dietician or nutritional professional.

RECOMMENDED USAGE LEVEL: 1 capsule a day.

DURATION OF USAGE: During pregnancy.

Folic Acid helps maintain normal blood Homocysteine levels.
